AFJ Ltd is responding to concerns about the environment and climate change with several associated initiatives and Smartwaste which measures the volume of waste generated for each project to improve resource efficiency.

· We will aim to work with our clients to pursue, promote and develop sustainable business outcomes, employ and retain staff who have a high degree of awareness and expertise in sustainability for all trades

Workplace Health & Safety

AFJ Ltd continues to focus on getting back to basics to ensure that we create and maintain safe sites.  Our staff is contunally updated with new worki ng practices and information to ensure safe working practices

 

Health & Safety and Risk Management

· We are committed to Health and Safety and well being of all of our staff, contractors and third parties.

· We operate to an effective health and safety system to include risk management.

· It is our duty to ensure all necessary measures are taken to ensure safe working conditions by implementing a risk assessment and method statements for each project undertaken.

· We will commit adequate resources, training and further information to our staff to ensure safe working practices.

· We aim to keep staff fully informed of changes through regular updates and consultation.

· The management will review and amend when necessary the health and safety policy as required

AFJ Ltd is committing to its employees a number of structured development programmes to encourage new skills to help promote a better working environment and maintain safe working practises.
